We assure you that you will receive the best available rate when you book on this website. We kindly request you to review our terms and conditions to ensure that your reservation qualifies for our Best Rate Guarantee.

In order to receive an immediate rate adjustment to your reservation, a submission must be made before the end of your cancellation period (as noted in your confirmation email). The rate you wish to match must be for the same booking criteria, including the number of adults and children with their ages, room type, stay dates, applicable promotion, and publicly available and bookable. If the rate you find has specific rules associated with it (such as full prepayment, etc.), your amended reservation will need to comply with these new rules. We kindly ask you to complete the request form within 48 hours of booking your reservation. Please note that our Best Rate Guarantee only applies to reservations made on this website (loscabos.nobuhotels.com).

Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates unavailable to the general public. Rates not available to the general public include, but are not limited to:

• Corporate discount rates
• Group rates
• Meeting rates
• Any rates requiring membership in a club such as AAA rates or AARP rates, affinity program, or other organization where the rates are targeted specifically toward a specific group of individuals and not intended for the general public
• Direct mail solicitations
• Electronic mail solicitations
• Package rates that include the room and other components such as flight, car rental, entertainment, and/or non-breakfast meals
• Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay
• Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights
• Rates that are available on auction websites
• Rates available on Websites that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed

The screenshot to validate the Best Rate Guarantee must be on the checkout page, showing the total rate (taxes and fees included) in comparison with the same currency. We strive to answer your Best Price Guarantee request within two business days. The screenshot must include the final price, dates of stay, time, date of the booking, room type, cancellation policies, and mandatory fees.
