Executive Chef Paolo della Corte comes to Nobu Hotel Los Cabos after years of hands-on experience working alongside 2- and 3-star Michelin chefs across Europe, bringing a Mediterranean-inspired menu with a large influence from his native Italy. His vast international training, distinct vision for cuisine and innovative techniques create the true culinary experience at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos.
